  • Quiplo is built to help connect you and your team’s preferred vendor network so you can save scheduling time, track all job requests in one place, and easily invite clients to have access to your preferred vendors to stay top of mind.

  • You can only view skilled vendor services who are connected to you and your team.

    Vendors can be added in a few ways: When you invite a vendor, send a vendor a job request, or one of your team colleagues has a connection with a vendor, then they will appear in your skilled vendor table. Vendors can also invite you and your team and all of their available services will appear in your skilled vendor table.

  • A preferred skilled vendor is a professional external to your agency who is added and commonly used by yourself or your team. Using Quiplo allows you to connect with them, saves you and your colleagues time scheduling with them, and offers peace of mind knowing their work is quality and reliable.

  • Yes. When you make a vendor preferred, your team preferred vendor list is not updated and managed separately by your team admins. Team colleagues cannot see which shared vendors you marked as preferred. You can only view skilled vendor services who are connected to you and your team’s vendors marked preferred.

  • Yes. You can always submit job requests to your preferred skilled vendors by typing in their email address. They will receive the job request and are invited to join Quiplo and respond to your request.

  • Yes. Your clients will only be able to view your and your team’s preferred skilled vendors and submit job requests at no charge. Continue to nurture client relationships by sharing your local list of skilled vendors for their home services needs.

  • Skilled vendors receive an email with the job lead. They complete a form and then you and your team admin will receive an email notification with the response details. To view and track all your job request responses, login in to your Quiplo account and view the Job Request section.

    Agents or clients remain in control to book and schedule services via email, phone call, or text.

  • Coming soon, agents will be able to view client job request activity and receive follow-up insights.

    This way, you can easily stay top-of-mind as a partner in your client’s homeownership journey.

  • You can invite your teammates to join Quiplo.

    Otherwise, team admins are able to submit job requests on behalf of the team members.

  • Yes. When they login, they are able to view all job requests submitted and vendor responses in their Job Request section.

Skilled Vendors

  • Quiplo is built to help connect you and your services to licensed real estate professionals and their clients.

    Quiplo helps streamline communication to share availability and estimates, and skilled vendors can trust the quality of job requests.

    • When you login, navigate to My Services

    • Complete the Add a Service form – Add as many services you and your business supports.

    • Each service type will have it’s own row - so you have the flexibility and control to adjust locations or deactivate services you no longer want leads from.

    • Add your company’s email address so your office managers or admins can receive and respond to job requests.

    If you do not see a service in the dropdown, please reach out to contact@quiploscheduling.com to have it added.

  • Quiplo allows businesses to share their Google rating with agents and clients.

    Checkout the steps to find your Google data-pid ID and add to your profile.

  • Not yet, but we’re working on it. Your office managers or admins will only receive the job request email.

    Your company can create one account so that your front office is able to view, respond and track all job requests.

  • Agents and their clients connected to you and your business will only be able to view your services.

    Agents and their entire team will be able to view your service when you invite an agent, an agent invites you or your team, or you receive a job request.

    Agents who invite their clients will be able to view your services on Quiplo.

  • Anyone on Quiplo who can view your service or knows your email address when completing the job request form.

    Typically Agents, Agents’ transaction coordinator, or Agents’ clients you have worked with in the past are able to send job requests. Invite agents to Quiplo to start receiving job requests.

  • Yes - you can opt out at any time. When you remove a service, agents and clients will not be able to view this service in their Skilled Vendor section.

  • Email.

    To respond to a job request, you or your team will have to complete a short form to share availability and non-binding estimates.

    If you do not have a subscription or that service, you will not be able to view all the job details and respond. Simply upgrade and add this service to respond.

  • No - Quiplo provides the freedom to decline jobs or opt out of requests at any time - see above to remove requests.

  • No.

    The agent or client will reach out if they would like to book and schedule your service via email, phone call, or text. We limit requests to three to make Quiplo more competitive.

  • Yes. Agents and clients are able to view how many job responses you have submitted for any of your services. This helps agents and clients know who is most responsive when submitting job requests.

  • There are NO hidden fees, and NO lead fees. We are subscription service, making for more predictable pricing for your business.

    Skilled vendors can choose from 3 plans to begin receiving job requests from your trusted agents and their clients.

    • The BASE plan costs $24.99/month for listing two services. No lead fees.

    • The GROWING plan costs $34.99/month, for listing four services. No lead fees.

    • The SCALING plan costs $49.99/month, UNLIMITED services, and no lead fees.
